Big size and overall clean venue with a good value and excellent and amiable staff. Got large and fairly quiet room with pleasant views over a well maintained garden and climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television. Comfortable bedroom provided, very mediocre experience, late check-out. Location just off Palenque quiet, manicured lawns, tropical blooms, a secluded pool, a meandering river, and lovely restaurant, the whole “ jungle ” feel, and the ruins at Palenque.

The restaurant was OK and the staff there was good. Two bottles of water in the room each day.
We had a superior room. The room looks better on the pictures. In the reality it is not so new and clean. White walls with minimum furniture. No beach (pool) towels provided. The stuff doesn't speak English.

The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, exceptionally nice and quiet location. There were climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the jungle. We loved being surrounded by nature and hearing the sounds of the birds and monkeys in the mornings and evenings. The hotel is situated by a river that widens into a small lake, providing a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The waiters were very nice and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a heater and AC for our comfort. We also appreciated the convenient amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and sitting area. the hotel provided a relaxing and luxurious experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature and with all the necessary amenities.

We visited during Xmas and had two complementary activities: kayaking and a bonfire with s'mores. the location was close to a beautiful river and had a peaceful atmosphere. Best aspect was that the staff was friendly and cooperative.
The restaurant was disappointing and prices were not fair. the room was outdated and could use some renovations.

Spent Christmas here and enjoyed the beautiful natural setting with a river and gardens. The fish dinner cooked in foil was a highlight, and the coffee was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Rudolfo who went the extra mile and made our stay more enjoyable.
Limited breakfast options, and some double beds are quite small. The room felt basic and lacked amenities such as a safe and controllable air conditioning.

Beautiful natural setting by the river and on the outskirts of the jungle. Very clean rooms, great breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.
Everything is what I need and want.
